We provide a back-pack (attachment provided in box) to fit the product into and sling with an ergonomic design that makes transport of your critical samples a pleasant experience.

Ans: No, the product is usable with a simple plug-n-play operation right out of the box. There is no need for freezing any packs or pre-cooling before use.

Ans: For the pro version, the battery takes 3 hours to fully charge. During this time, you may keep the refrigeration running (as a standalone operational refrigerator). For the standard variant, it takes up to 6 hours to charge completely and the device does not get charged effectively during use (cooling).

Ans: Yes, the device is meant for outdoor use and is designed as per IP 56 rating for dust and water resistance.

Ans: The cold-chamber in Emvólio is a high-quality food-grade Stainless Steel 304. We recommend that you use 70% Isopropyl alcohol or Glutaraldehyde to sterilize the device and prevent cross-contamination.

Ans: The device is expected to last 5 to 10 years based on usage. We provide a manufacturer’s warranty for 2 years (battery 1 year). The product DOES NOT require servicing. We will provide support with the replacement of rubber and plastic components if worn-out/damaged.
